This Foundational Family Service (FFS) is geared towards parents and caregivers of teenagers aged 13-17, registered with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP), interested in becoming familiar with transition planning to adulthood. Discussion topics include: building independent-living skills, planning for future pathways, and navigating adult services in Ontario. Participants will be introduced to identifying individual goals to assist in developing transition plans. Participants will leave with practical tools and resources. This webinar is led by an Autism Consultant or a Behaviour Therapist.
Exploring The Pathways Beyond The Teen Years will be delivered live via Zoom for Professionals and the following is required to participate:
- Mobile Device, Tablet or Computer
- An internet connection
- Speakers and a microphone
- A webcam
