CORE focuses on relationship building, social development, life skills, fostering independence, and maintaining emotional, mental, and physical wellness through participation in various groups, outings, and individualized activities.

CORE supports adults (age 18+) who have a developmental disability or dual diagnosis.

Not-for-profit fee-for-service opportunities are available with flexible staffing ratios and schedules based on support needs.  Contact us to inquire about fees.

Hours of service:
Mon, Wed, Thurs: 8:30 – 3:00
Tues, Fri: 8:30 – 2:00

CORE’s mission is to engage individuals with developmental disabilities in lifelong learning activities that encourage self-determination and social inclusion. Through this, CORE supports the development of new skills and the maintenance of mental, physical, and emotional wellness.

CORE provides day supports for adults with a developmental disability or dual diagnosis by continually evolving to meet the changing needs of those seeking support in Toronto’s developmental services community.
