Navigation support: 10:00 a.m.– 2:00 p.m. For registered participants interested in receiving 1:1 personalized support through our Transitions Navigation team (available on a first come first served basis)

Peer support: Join our Family Mentors (lived experience volunteers) for an informal coffee chat in the Family Resource Centre at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
