ConnectABILITY strives towards creating an online environment that is inclusive and accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. We are continually improving the user experience for all and applying the relevant accessibility standards, while acknowledging that accessibility is an evolving target and there is always room for improvement.
As our guide across the site we use the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. ConnectABILITY is partially conformant with WCAG 2.0 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Content that is not conformant with WCAG 2.0 level AA includes material that was developed by other organizations and shared on ConnectABILITY, such as informative PDF documents and images.
