Partners for Planning is offering a brand new webcast, bringing together family network leaders who will discuss how to grow, strengthen and sustain your family network.

What’s in it for you:

• Hear from family network leaders about how they keep their family network vibrant and relevant, how they deliver valuable resources and opportunities for family members, and how they access and use funding to support their family network. 
• Learn how family networks can be successful and strong regardless of geography and community.
• Gain a better understanding of the Ontario Caregivers Organization’s Capacity-Building Grants for Family Support Networks and how some family networks are using the grants.
