- Guardianship is a form of substitute decision making used when a person lacks legal capacity to make certain decisions
- The speakers will explain more about gaining guardianship and what it entails.

- Learn more about substitute decision making options for parents of children with disabilities
- Highlight the different pathways to obtain guardianship in Ontario
- Outline what implications guardianship will have on clients and families
