St Lawrence College CICE Events

The CICE program provides an excellent college pathway for students who may have developmental and intellectual disabilities or other significant learning challenges who require modifications to curriculum and do not have the entrance requirements for other college programs.  

The first stage of our application process is to attend an information session – we have 3 upcoming in-person sessions open to the public!

WHERE: Brockville Public Library, 23 Buell St, Brockville, ON K6V 5T7  (in the conference room to the right of the main entrance )

WHERE: St. Lawrence College, Brockville Campus, 2288 Parkdale Avenue, K6V 5X3 (Room 109 [lecture hall behind the art gallery on the main floor])


SLC Open House & CICE Information Session – Open to the public 

WHEN: Saturday, April 6 at 10am
WHERE: St. Lawrence College, Brockville Campus, 2288 Parkdale Avenue, K6V 5X3 (Room 109 [lecture hall behind the art gallery on the main floor])

We can support schools and agencies in a number of ways:  

  • Provide information sessions to high school students and classes   
  • Presentations to board / school staff – guidance, special education    
  • Attend College fairs at high schools    
  • Participate at career / post-secondary information night events    
  • Host student groups on our St. Lawrence College campuses to provide information session/tour     
  • Have our staff participate in graduating student transition meetings    
  • Participate in high school parents’ nights – informational tables    
  • Host individual students – tours, visit CICE for the day, sit in on classes    
  • Provide Informational brochures
