The group is for people who are 18 plus and identify as having a developmental disability as well as being part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. It is peer-led group, so the conversations that we have, the programs, and the community events we go to, are all based on what the group has decided they are interested in. The focus is about creating a community where queer people with disabilities can meet like-minded people and build natural relationships, know more about their community, and connect people to resources that can foster their sense of belonging. 

The group meets at George Chuvalo Neighbourhood Centre located at 50 Sousa Mendes Street, and is facilitated by Amanda Abergel

JULY there will be no meetup

* Amanda will open the centre at 6:30 for group participants, the space will be closed to the public prior.
