NEW free virtual staff, leaders and caregiver Mindfulness Programs 2026/2027

Take time to nurture your well-being

Our virtual mindfulness programs are offered across Canada and are open to all caregivers, including:

  • Family caregivers supporting people with disabilities, or those who are aging or experiencing serious illness
  • Care providers (leaders, managers, and frontline professionals) in health, home care, or disability support services, including direct support and administrative staff

Program Options

Programs are offered for family caregivers, care providers, or mixed groups supporting people with disabilities, those who are aging, or those experiencing serious illness. Choose the format that best fits your role and schedule.

6-Week Mindfulness Programs

  • Weekly 60-minute sessions offering a deeper exploration of mindfulness, with time for reflection and discussion
  • Tailored for family caregivers, care providers, and mixed groups

4-Week Mindfulness in 30 Programs

  • Weekly 30-minute mixed sessions focused on brief, practical mindfulness practices
  • Offered in English and French

English programs are led by Sue Hutton, MSW, a mindfulness teacher with over 40 years of experience. French programs are led by Josée Boulanger, PhD.

Learn practical tools to recharge, reduce stress, and reconnect with a sense of calm. All programs are offered virtually at no cost. Participants receive audio recordings and practice resources to support their learning between sessions.
