Who Should Attend

Families and people with lived experience who:

• Are starting to plan for the future and see a Microboard as a succession planning and support tool.
• Want to put a Microboard in place but are struggling with who to ask and how.
• Want strategies to support friendships and expand their network.
  This is a six-part, self-managed series with 3 group sessions.

Modules will focus on relationship-building, communication and succession planning that will not only lay the groundwork for a Microboard, but a full life for your family member.
