I have a excellent question Can young adults who has a disabilty legally get married if they choose? All Young Adults who has a Disabilty has rights and choices to get married legally if they choose to. The exiting thing about females is getting ready to change their last names when they are legally husband and wife and they had regeister their names offically Just Married. This is something that Young adults are talking about.
How do I apply for a legal name change?
You can download the Application to Change an Adult’s Name, fill it out, then mail in the completed form and required documents to ServiceOntario at:

How long does the process take to legally change my name?
Where the marriage is registered and the name change applications are complete and accurate, the service delivery time is six to eight weeks.
