I started looking for accommodation for my 23 years old son Oliver and found out that there is a 5-10 years waiting list with Hatch. He is very independent but not sure a $2-3,000 rent is affordable. It would also be nice if we could match him with a compatible room mate. This would be better as they could check up on each another.
So I thought there must be others that have gone through this process and might have some ideas or even better, are also looking for a roommate like us.
