The Developmental Services Workforce Initiative (DSWI) wants to connect with Ontario families who hire their own staff for their loved ones. They are inviting families to participate in their family survey as part of their research project. Their goal is to understand the challenges and successes being faced in recruiting, hiring, training, and maintaining staff. By learning from your experiences, they aim to improve the support systems available to families like yours.
