• Close to groceries + easy TTC subway access
• 2 private bedrooms, shared kitchen/living/bath
• Wishlist includes A/C, dishwasher, natural light

Hosting is cool with communication — I may have a friend over or a partner visiting now and then (always just in my room). You’d have the same freedom. Quiet time is respected, especially at night.
