Talking About Childrens Mental Health [webcast]

WHEN: June 3, 2026 | 7pm EDT

When your young child with a disability experiences mental health challenges, it can add another layer of complexity for your family, and knowing how to help them can be difficult. Join us on June 3rd at 7pm EDT as we talk about the intersection of disability and mental health to help break through the stigma, making it easier for you and your family to seek help when it’s needed.

The webcast will feature experts connected to Parents and Caregivers for Mental Health (PCMH), formerly known as Parents for Children’s Mental Health (you can learn more about the new name on the PCMH blog). Panelists will share practical strategies, resources, and insights to help you get the conversation started and navigate these challenges with confidence.

What’s in it for you:

  • How to recognize the signs of mental health challenges in children
  • What you can expect when talking about your child’s mental health
