March 12, 2021 at 10:13 am #23892Is there a maximum that one can pay support workers?
On the Passport e-claim option am I able to retrieve my balance or available funds total before year end:
If I submit over the amount that’s left available on the Passport e-claim option site will it reject the claim or just pay what is left?
March 12, 2021 at 4:54 pm #23893Hey Suzanne,
I’m Austin from MyDirectPlan Support and I’d be happy to help get you an answer to your questions about the maximum amount that one can pay support workers and the eCLAIM system! For answers to your eCLAIM related questions, kindly check with your Passport coordinator who will be able to advise you best. While there is no recommended rate of pay, please do keep in mind that your Passport Coordinator would also be the best available resource to advise on the maximum amount one can pay for support workers in reference to your direct funding specifically.
MyDirectPlan Support would be more than happy to assist you with any MyDirectPlan related questions you may have, including getting started with MDP and submitting your expenses. I hope this helps! Thanks for your question and have a great weekend!
