I had a mom contact me this week inquiring about cooking classes in Etobicoke. She’d taken part in one at Etobicoke ADP in the past.
I recommended the Community Junction and the class that Wendy Dyke runs in North York, but both of those options were too far.
Does anyone have any leads or ideas on this? I also directed her to Connectability.ca so she can ask these questions to a larger audience.
Thank you for any suggestions!!The North York Cooking classes are open to anyone regardless of what region they live in. The classes are starting again on Wednesday April 2nd for 8 weeks of classes. The class is very hands on. Participants need to have a goal of independently living and have support to use the skills learned in class at home. Classes take place at the NY Employment Training Services site, evenings from 4:30 to 7:30.
