Hi, I’m Hina and I’m 36 years old. I’m looking for a housemate to rent a 2 bedroom apartment with. Location would be somewhere between the Don Valley Parkway and Victoria Park and south of O’Connor/St. Clair.

I love watching movies. My favorite movies are Disney (from the High School Musical era!) and Bollywood movies that I love to dance along with. I also really like Hannah Montana and Hilary Duff shows. I enjoy cooking lots of pasta at home and love when my sister makes Indian food for me, especially chicken biriyani. I like to go out for coffee to Starbucks or Tim Hortons as well as to my favorite fast food places.

I’m pretty busy during most days of the week volunteering at St. John’s Mission and at a day program, so I would be home in the evenings. It would be nice to have a housemate that also is home most evenings so I could chat and eat dinner with. I’m independent at home to cook, clean and get ready for my programs so am not looking for a support worker for these tasks. It would be nice to go out to have dinner or see a movie with my housemate and we could have a support worker with us then.

My strengths are being prepared and organized for my volunteer job and at home and I like when I can follow my routine. My sister and I are very close, and we would like to meet another woman and her family to rent an apartment with who are respectful,
communicative, and friendly.

My ideal apartment would be in a building that is walking distance to a grocery store. It would be great if we could find an affordable rental apartment that is safe and comfortable.
