I am looking for a roommate for my apartment in the Beach starting October 1st.

It is a 3 bedroom apartment in a small building. It is on a quiet side street a block from TTC. The nearest major intersection is Kingston Road and Victoria Park.

I am looking for a sociable and outgoing person who will share in cooking and household duties.

I have mild intellectual disabilities. I work full time and I have a lot of other activities including working out at the gym, running and following sports.

I am aged 39. I am open to male or female roommates.

The rent will be $800/month. Parking is available.
Sorry, no pets. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.
