Two personable young men are seeking an additional male housemate compatible to live with them in their two storey house located in the Jones and Gerrard area of Toronto. The house is accessible by stairs and is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood close to a beautiful park, TTC streetcars and buses. The house includes air conditioning and on-site laundry facilities. Rent is geared to income with heat and hydro included.

Ideally, the individual will be in their mid-20s to 30s, be social and communicative and motivated to engage in a variety of activities in and outside the home. Further, the individual will share a compatible day and sleep schedule (i.e. awake by 7:00AM, day activities from 8:00AM to 4:00PM and asleep by 10:00PM) to work within existing supports OR have the ability to arrange for any additional supports as required.

The housemate would be willing to help out around the house with support if needed and share in monthly expenses related to the home and support staff.

An established team of dedicated staff provide support in the areas of cooking, cleaning, groceries, and assisting with morning routines from Sunday evening to Friday morning. Typically the young men visit their families on weekends however in the event an individual remains at home on a weekend; the family would be required to arrange for his support.

Move-in can be as early as April 1st, 2014.
