Hi there,
My name is Larissa, and I’ve supported youth and adults with developmental disabilities to develop greater independence through my work as a respite support worker, job coach and community development advocate.

I am also a certified yoga instructor who has taught adapted yoga for Community Living Toronto and Leisureworld long-term care centre, along with other studio instruction experience.

I am now offering individual and group classes for youth and adults with disabilities, and their peers,
available in-home and in the community.

Group class rates start at $40/hr but I am able to offer fees on a sliding scale according to financial need.
