wm+a specialized and individualized services are coordinated for individuals with complex special needs and behavioural challenges. Highly trained wm+a associates assist individuals with a wide range of needs, developing measurable goals, both to replace/reduce behaviours using effective, safe and socially appropriate practices, as well as develop functional skills.
We are responsive to both emergency and planned requests and we can provide support ratios appropriate to the client’s needs. Services are available 24/7/365.

wm+a provides a range of direct support and clinical services to children, youth and adults with complex special needs (ASD, developmental exceptionalities), emotional and mental health disorders and behavioural challenges * services are individualized, client-specific, goal-oriented and evidence-based * provided by a team of skilled behaviour specialists and coordinated with accountability, transparency and accessibility.
Location: Our services are delivered at the location specific to that individual; home, school, day program, residential program, or hospital throughout GTA, York, Peel, Halton, Durham and Simcoe regions.
