This program may be suitable for individuals who:
- Require one-t0- one in-home or community-based support
- Would benefit from caregiver respite
- Want assistance participating in community, recreational or social activities
- Want to develop daily-living, social or independence skills
- Require support adapted to their communication,sensory or behavioural needs.
Service delivery: Personalized support is generally provided at a 1:1 ratio in the individual’s home or community. Suitability and staff matching are determined through an initial assessment.
Program hours: Flexible daytime, evening, weekend and overnight scheduling, subject to availability.
Cost: Fee-for-service; contact us for current rates and a personalized quote. Families are responsible for confirming eligibility under any appicable funding program.
