Martial Arts – Designed for children with different abilities and special needs (including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities and ADHD).
The program is designed to improve focus, attention, awareness, muscular strength and balance. The instructor will teach a variety of martial arts concepts and disciplines in an inclusive and fun atmosphere, providing participants with a unique, exciting experience! Our martial arts classes focus on meditation, stretching, self-defence, and concepts from Boxing, Jujutsu, and Kickboxing.
