St. Bernadette’s is proud to offer through the Ontario Best Start initiative our full day, Day Care Program. This is an inclusive child care program for children 18 months to 5 years old. This program is geared to offer quality child care instruction that will enhance a child’s learning and development of body, mind, and soul. Our licensed child care provides stimulating, high quality care from experienced R.E.C.E. instructors whose goal is to educate the children we serve in an inclusive environment where children with or without intellectual and/or physical challenges socialize and learn from each other. St. Bernadette’s views children as active learners who learn best from activities that they themselves plan, carry out and reflect upon.
This program is suitable for you if you:
- Need full time or before/after school care
- Are between the ages of 18 months – 12 years old
- Need special one on one care with your child in an inclusive setting
This program is not suitable for you if you:
- Not applicable
Ratios: 1 Staff to 4 Participants. 1 Staff to 1 Participant if requested
Languages supported in the program: English, Spanish, Filipino (Tagalog), Portuguese
Program hours: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m
Dates: Monday to Friday
Cost: Toddler Day Care 7:30 am – 6:00 pm $55.00
Preschool Day Care 7:30 am- 6:00 pm $45.00
We Need A Break Nursery 8:40 am – 12:00 pm $13.00
After School Club 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm $15.50
