Ready, Set, Work is an employment-readiness program designed to support adults with developmental disabilities in building the skills, confidence, and independence needed to work toward meaningful employment. Through classroom and community-based learning, participants develop workplace communication skills, practice resumes and interviews, gain volunteer experience, and build independence through TTC travel training. Participants can also receive post-program guidance through Springboard’s Employment Services.

The flyer also includes a QR code linking to a short interest form, where individuals, families, or support workers can request an introductory phone call to learn more about RSW and explore whether the program may be a good fit.
