Are you currently participating in a housing plan webcast with DSO Toronto? Are you interested in connecting with other participants from the group? Some of you have mentioned a desire to connect with one another. Reply to this post if you are interested. Connected Families allows you to share private messages with one another, in addition to having larger conversations as a group (via public posts, such as this one).

The workshop was great, Alex. I was wondering how people could network with other people in a similar position, and perhaps a little more broadly than the few who make it to Community Living/Lights/P4P meet-ups.

I think this forum would be brilliant. How do we promote it to the community at large?

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for the feedback and your interest in getting together for a follow-up session. I agree, I think Connected Families could be a very useful way for like-minded people to connect with one another. I will create a broader thread in the Housing forum and will continue to encourage those I’m connecting with to join the conversation! Feel free to share with those in your circle!
