Hi, my name is Congxiao. I am a quiet young woman who plays piano, loves reading mystery books. Also I enjoy international food and taking walks. I love animals especially cats.

I am looking for a female, non-smoking roommate to search for a rental together (approx.. $1500\month each) – negotiable depending on the space.

My vision:

• walkable, bike friendly west end area (the best is near or on Bloor Street West)
• close to groceries + subway
• 2 private bedrooms, shared kitchen /living/bath
• Wishlist includes A/C, dishwasher, natural light, laundry and dryer machine
• patio/outdoor access is a bonus
• I will get a cat, so if you have allergies, we might not be a good fit for each other

Hosting is allowed with communication between us. I will have friends and family over sometimes. You will have the freedom to do the same.

I plan to hire someone to come in once a week to help with cooking and organizing in the apartment (will share the costs if you share the same needs)
