    Hello all,

    I would like to announce Cherish Integrated Service’s Specialized Summertime Fun Program for kids with Autism.

    Who are we?

    Cherish Integrated Services (CHIS) is a registered non-profit social services organization incorporated on May 18, 2010. This organization is founded to provide services and supports to promote social inclusion of persons with developmental disabilities in their communities. CHIS is a local community agency located in Markham, Ontario. It dedicates to provide a systematic and holistic training programs with the concept of Structured Teaching as the core program model for the service recipients. These services and programs help support them to live, work and actively participate in a wide range of daily activities. Cherish Integrated Services (CHIS) becomes a registered charity since December 11, 2015. (CR# 810636 2061 RR0001)

    Specialized Summertime Fun Program

    Size of Group: Maximum 6

    Program Duration: July 10th – August 4th, Monday to Friday 9:30am- 12:30pm (Totalling 60 hours)

    Program Fee: $300/week, for 4 weeks

    Program Highlight: By adopting the STRUCTURAL TEACHING APPROACH, children will learn social interactive skills, fine motor control, turn taking, and stay on tasks through music, sensory workshops and fun activities.

    Staff Team: There will be 3 staff with 2 assistants. The staff have experiences working with children with autism and are familiar with the applications of STRUCTURAL TEACHING. They will support the children to master the learning skills in a small group environment.
