Welcome to The MindShift Academy where

We provide inclusive and engaging day programs for young adults (16+) with developmental disabilities and diverse abilities. Our programs are designed to help participants learn, grow, and connect in a supportive, empowering environment that celebrates every individual’s strengths and potential.

Located in Etobicoke, we proudly welcome participants from across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). To make our programs more accessible, we offer transportation assistance for eligible members. At The MindShift Academy, we’re committed to helping young adults build confidence, independence, and a meaningful sense of community one day at a time.

Empowering young adults with developmental disabilities, dual diagnoses, and diverse abilities (ages 18–38) to build life skills, develop resilience, and achieve independent living through inclusive, community-based programs in Etobicoke and across the GTA.

Our Day Program Highlights:
